This is Crunch Gym on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood, LA. The escalators have never once worked when I've been there and are not there for the gym as such - to the left of where that image ends is the Sunset 5 movie theater, so it's most likely there for the moviegoers :)
I kinda guessed that this was a misleading photo. But it's still fun!
